I sure hope so. I mean, that's the whole point right? We're getting together, having a good time, learning new things about fitness and ourselves. What's not fun about getting stronger, developing new skills, hanging out with your friends, and getting a sweet fit body out of it?
And if you're not having fun, then what are you waiting for? Maybe you're putting too much pressure on yourself, maybe you're not trusting the program and your coaches, or maybe you just need to learn how to relax and let the rest of the day go when you're at the gym.
Speaking about fun, the CrossFit Games Open is coming up soon (sign ups open up this Thursday 1/15 and the first event will be announced the last weekend of February), and this year things will be different. First off, there will be a scaled version of every Open workout. Because of this I strongly encourage everyone to participate. Second, we're going to be running the Open a little different at the gym this year. We'll be picking a time of the week to shut down the gym and run the Open workouts in heats to change up the environment and give the community a whole different feel for the workouts. Curious about more details? Keep your eyes and ears open and we'll get at ya soon.

2 very heavy sandbag loads (48"/40")
