Tomorrow we'll be holding our Fight Gone Paleo Finals and I wanted to cover some final few points:
1. Come early, stay late - Be prepared to judge and count for a fellow competitor!
2. Make sure to stay hydrated today and get a full night of sleep (save the partying for Saturday night!)
3. Consider taking it easy on Friday if you're planning on putting up your best possible score. Mobilize!
4. Double check to ensure that you have signed up for a heat. Check out the sign-up sheet at the front counter.
