Heat sign ups for the Fight Gone Bad Finals are available on the counter! Remember, the finals are this Saturday (11/3) and the heats run at 10AM, 10:25AM, 10:50AM, 11:15AM, and 11:40AM. Please come 20-30 minutes before the heat you're in so that you can warm up and be a judge for one of your fellow competitors! There will be one regular class on Saturday at 8:30AM for those of you who are not participating in the Challenge but would still like to get a workout in. I highly encourage everyone to come early and stick around through the whole thing in order to cheer everyone on through what is surely going to be a tough and fun workout.
After the finals are completed, stick around for the After Party Fiesta. Starting around noon, we'll have an awesome taco guy on site to feed your hungry faces (and bellies). We'll hang out for a few hours at the gym, having fun, eating some food, then we'll announce all the winners of the Challenge. I also wouldn't be surprised if we end up heading out in a big group to a local bar after the festivities at the gym wrap up. Of course, you're all welcome to join us. If you're bringing friends or family, email us to let us know so we can plan for the extra bodies!
After going hard on Saturday at the Fight Gone Bad Finals, we'd like to invite you to join us at the Americana on Sunday for a free Yoga Fit class at 9:30AM! Go nuts on Saturday to score huge points then relax on Sunday morning with some restorative, fun Yoga in some great weather. There are no classes this Sunday, so hit up the Americana for Yoga! A group will be meeting up at the gym at 9AM to head over to the Americana together, so feel free to meet up at the gym if you'd like to go as a group.
Finally, if you're interested in being a superhero, come to the gym to get CPR certified on Sunday afternoon. It starts at 1PM and ends at 4PM and it'll be at the gym. Registration costs $35, and you must register at this link here. Hope to see you there!
