"I fear no man, but I fear my workout. If I don't fear my workout, it isn't hard enough." - Lisbeth Darsh
How many times can you say that you've gone to the gym and have truly been afraid of what was about to happen? Afraid that your workout was going to kick your ass?
It happens to me every day...
How many times can you say that you've faced that fear, finished that workout, done something that you thought was impossible just a few minutes before?
It happens to me every day!
CrossFit gives me the opportunity to succeed and do the impossible, in the face of fear, every single day. Treadmills don't scare me. Bicep curls don't scare me. My next CrossFit workout... I'm afraid. But I face the fear, overcome it, and at the end of the day, am better for it!
