The next Whole Life Challenge is coming up and it starts on September 19th. The Whole Life Challenge is a really great way to break some old habits and create new ones that will help you reach your goals. We did two of these last year with some really great results. A few of your fellow members have signed up, as well as Yvette and myself. If you've ever been curious about doing a challenge, try this one out! The group accountability is really helpful in keeping you on track and the nutrition guidelines have levels so you choose the one that's doable for you.On top of that, there are exercise, mobility, water intake, and sleep requirements. The last time I did the WLC, I noticed major changes in my performance in and out of the gym. I felt really good, and had a ton of energy. And within a few weeks of the challenge I had friends and coworkers saying that they had noticed me leaning out. Also, this challenge will be wrapping up just before Thanksgiving and the onset of holiday food overload. I love Christmas cookies and treats, so part of my motivation to do this challenge is to break down my body's cravings for refined sugars in order to stay on track nutrition wise throughout the holidays.
