I really love The Lego Movie. Not only is it hilarious and features a ton of different Legos, it also has this catchy earworm theme song that has a great message: everything is awesome.

The power of a positive mindset cannot be overstated. When you think positively, you can do anything. Having confidence in your abilities, affirming yourself, visualizing good performances, positive self talk before/after/during training sessions will all have massive effects on your performance and mental health.
Simply being more positive about your time in the gym can lead to a better time in the gym, which can lead to more fun during your workouts, which can lead to better results. So next time you're about to head to the gym, remind yourself that everything is awesome!
A. Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds:

B. AMRAP 6 minutes:
6 toes to bar
6 box jumps (24/20)
6 push press (95/65)
rest 1 minute
