I'm not that great at some of the things we do in the gym. Recently, I've managed to find something that I struggle at more than trying to string double-unders together... The assault bike is a cross between an exercise bike and an elliptical machine and I'm pretty sure that it was designed to kill me. If you've used the bike during a team workout or on your own you know the pain that I'm talking about. If you haven't hopped on it yet try doing Tabata intervals and your legs will experience a burn like no other. So what does the title of this blog mean? Well, I've made up my mind that I'm going to pedal my heart out at the end of the two or three workouts I do per week with the goal of getting better at it. Every day ends with _________ is something that everyone can do to work on weaknesses. Pick a movement that you don't like and force yourself to do it until you get better at it. Sound off in the comments and let us know what your day is going to end with!
