Through all the ups and down of the season, and within many of the games themselves, Manning demonstrated an awesome ability to remain cool under pressure. He didn't get too high or too low, but stayed steady and applied his skills & strengths in the same manner no matter what situation he and his team faced.
Your CrossFit career is very much the same as an NFL season. While you should enjoy the good times, know that there will be tough times, too... Times where work or family issues may conspire to prevent you from getting into the gym exactly when you want to. Realize that you have to keep steady and cool, and most important of all just keep showing up and don't quit!
