You can choose to take Ms. Kutin's squat record in two ways: you can get disheartened or you can use it as just another example of how amazing you can be if you put your mind to something and practice! Remember: tomorrow we will be meeting at CrossFit Pasadena for the Tri-City CF Games Open 12.5 Spectacluar.
