Attention 818ers! Now that we have all woken up from our collective tryptophan coma we can officially ring in December! The last month of the year is full of fun events with family and friends, here's what you need to know at CF 818:
Annual Holiday Party - CrossFit 818 will be having it's annual holiday party at Spitz Restaurant in Little Tokyo (map). The event begins at 7:00 PM and you are welcome to bring family and friends as guests. This shindig is always a blast, so mark your calender for a fun night of delicious food and drink with us!
Holiday Schedule - The gym will be closed on Thursday, December 25th for Christmas, and Thursday, January 1st for New Year's. We will likely have a slightly modified schedule on December 24th and 31st as well so keep an eye on the schedule! We will post a reminder on the blog for all all schedule changes the week of as well.
CrossFit Total - We will be holding our annual CrossFit Total event soon! Get amped up to squat, deadlift and press as much weight as possible. If you've been at this event in the past you'll know that the incredible energy in the gym fuels huge PRs!
Avoiding A Month of Bad Eating - This isn't so much an event as it is a monthlong test of wits against all things sugary and sweet. Need help? Check out Armen's blog from last week here!
