Huge shout out to the CrossFit 818 Competition Crew who partnered up and threw down at the Dynamic Duo event in Long Beach this past weekend. Every one of them showed up, gave it their all, and learned something about themselves. Also, big thanks to everyone who came out to watch and support!

B. Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:
odd rounds - 2 deadlifts (85% of A)
even rounds - 8 toes to bar + 8 wall ball (20/14)
