Got a skill or movement you want to work on? Feel the need to get some extra work in? Want to mobilize before or after a particularly tough workout? We encourage you to come in early and stay late. You can pick your coach's brains, work on a goat, or just cuddle with our foam rollers!
Announcements: Don't forget that our "Jackie" Challenge Finals take place this Saturday morning. Even if you didn't compete in the prelims, come in and get a workout and cheer your fellow CrossFit 818ers. There will be no regular classes this Saturday and the first heat starts at 9:30am (with heats running every 6 minutes or so). Show up early, get warm, workout, and stick around the for the prizes afterwards. All workouts should be over by 11:00am and prizes will be handed out at 11:15am.
Also, this Sunday's classes (June 12th) will be cancelled due to Coach Armen's graduation from UC Irvine. Pat him on the back next time you see him!
