No blog post last night?! I delayed the blog posting, because I didn't want people cherry-picking today's workout. Sometimes, it's important to come in and work on things you don't like or you aren't good at. That can mean both movements involved in the workout or the apparent length of the workouts. My suspicions about potential cherry-picking were proven by one of your fellow members who saw the workout today and stated "I would have cherry-picked the sh!t out of this workout if I had seen it on the web..."
