Every now and then it's good to add a little something extra to your training. While the results all of you have achieved shows CrossFit 818 does a bang-up job of getting you fit and healthy, you should add personal challenges to your training to help take you to the next level.
For example, I've committed to completing 100 push-ups and 100 pull-ups (strict, of course) a day everyday in July (700 push-ups and pull-ups down, 2400 to go!). It's just a little way I can add some flavor to my training and work on something I want to get better at.
So go ahead and challenge yourself, add a little something extra to your training, and share it with the community in the comments below. As always, your coaches are here to help you continue to strive towards living a healthy and fit life!
