This upcoming April CrossFit 818 will be taking on the Tough Mudder. Tough Mudders are 10-12 mile long obstacle course team races. In years past, we've had teams complete several Tough Mudders and it's always been a blast for those participating. We put a lot of hard work into our workouts and those workouts are a great prep for doing other activities such as Tough Mudders. Just like our workouts in the gym, a Tough Mudder will take you out of your comfort zone but you'll have your team surrounding you and helping you every step of the way.
