Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to our survey regarding new class times. You have spoken and we're listening! Beginning the week of May 16th, we'll be adding a Tuesday night class at 7:30pm and a Friday afternoon class at 4:30pm. We'll also be adding two classes on Sundays at 9:30am and 10:30am (starting May 23rd). For those of you who requested those class times, but were looking for them on different days of the week, don't worry! As we move forward and our community continues to grow, we'll be adding 7:30pm and 4:30pm classes on more days of the week.
Additionally keep in mind that Matt Aporta, with Stronger Faster Healthier, will be around this Tuesday afternoon/evening to speak to you about the importance of fish oil to your long term health and fitness. Plan on showing up a bit early to your class or staying a bit late to take the time to speak with him and ask any questions you may have.

I have been asked by several people over the past few weeks what supplements I take. One of the only supplements I take regularly, without fail, is fish oil. Fish oils contain EPA and DHA, which are two essential acids that help reduce inflammation and have myriad other scientifically proven health benefits.
