Make sure to invite and remind your friends to join you this Saturday and Sunday to come to our first Bring A Friend Weekend of 2016! Working out with friends makes class fun and it motivates you to do your best through good competition. We will be doing a team workout, so you and your guest will compete against other teams of two - oh and by the way, this class if free for both you and your guest, so there's no reason not to be there!
