Bring a Friend Weekend is this weekend! On both Saturday and Sunday, we'd like to invite you and any friends or family to come in for a team style workout. We know you love CrossFit and you know we love CrossFit, so let's spread that love to the other folks in our lives and bring them in for a workout. These classes will be complimentary to both you and your guest(s). Since the workouts will be team style, it's a great introduction for people who have never done CrossFit because they'll have the support of a team helping them complete their first WOD. Starting CrossFit can be intimidating, but it's a lot easier to get started if you have a friend there helping you along the way. If you have any questions, feel free to give your coaches or Yvette a shout!

A. Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
3 very heavy back squats
B. 3 rounds:
AMRAP 4 minutes:
10 double unders
*500m row is a buy in, use remaining time to get as many reps of burpees and double unders in remaining time
*rest 2 minutes between rounds
