Got some friends or family or coworkers that are wondering what this whole CrossFit thing is all about? Bring-A-Friend Days are a fun way for you to introduce your friends and family to the community at CF818!
They're exactly what they sound like: a chance for you to bring your friends in for a workout that is specifically designed for teams. The gym will be holding Bring-A-Friend days the last weekend of September: Friday the 28th, Saturday the 29th, and Sunday the 30th.
Don't worry: class caps will be increased as workouts will be specifically designed to accomodate more people, and you'll still be getting the same awesome coaching and workouts you're used to.
