I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July! Now that the holiday is over and we've had some time to relax, it's time to get back to work and hit the gym hard. Get after it, folks!
A. Snatch grip deadlift + hang snatch high pull + hang power snatch
*work up to a moderately heavy (1+1+1), then repeat that weight for 5 sets
B. For time:
100 overhead squats (95/63)
*every time you stop, complete 8 box jumps (24/20)
