Yesterday we talked about what we're afraid of and we had some great input from everyone. Today, I'd like to see what your favorite and least favorite moments are in CrossFit?
My favorite thing is watching our members finally feel a movement click. I experienced this a bunch of times yesterday, watching people finally get what a clean is supposed to feel like. That's a great thing, to feel the payoff of a lot of hard work and practice like that.
My least favorite moment is when I finish a workout and feel like I could have gone faster or done better. At the end of the day, I've gotta put all my effort into my training and it's no fun to get caught up being too conservative.
So what are your favorite and least favorite moments in CrossFit and at CrossFit 818?
