I don't know about you, but I had a great time with the Whole Life Challenge. I learned a lot, built good habits, and had a ton of fun putting myself in a position to grow and experience new things everyday.
One of the things we encourage above all else is to put some skin in the game with your participation at the gym. This is about putting something of value on the line, like making a bet, and working hard to turn the outcome into your favor. The Whole Life Challenge was no different, and every participant bought in to play and just like every good competition there are prizes on the line!
1st place gets a Prize Pack from Stronger Faster Healthier including their delicious fish oil and other goodies, a CF818 branded gym bag and t-shirt of their choice, and a week's worth of lunch or dinner from Elite Eats!
2nd place gets a CF818 branded gym bag and t-shirt of their choice as well as a week's worth of lunch or dinner from Elite Eats!
3rd place gets a week's worth of lunch or dinner from Elite Eats!
I'm happy to announce the winners of the 2014 Spring Whole Life Challenge:
Alisa Kazazian won with a 29% (that's over 10 minutes faster in the finals!!!) improvement in the workout, losing 7.5 inches over the course of the challenge, and a near perfect score on the points.
Jerry Lafuente was in second with a 21% improvement on the workouts, losing 5 inches over the course of the challenge, and another nearly perfect score on the points.
Cynthia Moore got 3rd overall with an 11% improvement in the workouts, losing 1 inch overall, and a PERFECT score in the points portion.
I'm incredibly proud of each of our community's participants, and only have good things to say about everyone who put themselves on the line to try to change their lives!
Lastly, congratulations to the winners of our Spring 2014 Whole Life Challenge! Look out for an email from Michael to coordinate picking up your prizes.
