Happy Monday, 818!
This week we will be holding Open Workout 16.5 on Saturday and hosting a potluck for members, family and friends immediately following the workout! Here's what you need to know:
We don't know what 16.5 is yet, but the first heat will begin at 10 AM sharp and will run at regular intervals until 11:30 AM. We'll have the gym open at 9 AM so you can come in early and stretch out. We'll make sure that you and the other athletes are briefed and set up with a judge before each heat begins, so all you have to do is show up and bring the fire!
Following the workout we invite you to stick around at the gym from 11:30 AM to about 1 PM to enjoy a potluck. Start thinking about a great dish that you want to share - I know what mine is! Also, beverages are welcome ;)
Scheduling Note: the regular Friday afternoon schedule will resume this week with classes at 4:30 and 5:30 PM, and Saturday morning classes at 8:30 and 9:30 AM will be canceled.
