One of the most important aspects of your overall fitness is the application of everything you do in the gym to the real world outside of the gym. Obviously, your fitness affects everything you do on a daily basis, but as a CrossFitter we encourage that you regularly learn and play new sports. As part of your goals, you should include a new sport or two to pick up and see how all that hard work translates!
So take a jiu jitsu class (try our friends at Gracie Barra Glendale down the street), go rock climbing, try surfing, play rugby or any of the other dozens of sports choices you have living in Southern California.
