I was cruising around the internet today looking for something to write about and I found this article about the 25 signs you’re addicted to CrossFit. I have to admit I’m definitely guilty of a few of these. Another reason I’m certain I’m addicted to CrossFit is that I’m perfectly fine accepting these facts. There are definitely worse things to be addicted to. I certainly never expected CrossFit to become such a big part of my life. I've met some great friends and finally discovered a profession that I truly enjoy. Here is the list:
